How to Reset Password

Go to the Login Page

Visit the SPADE96 Login page. You will see the login form with fields for your mobile number/username and password.

Click "Forgot Password"

Below the password field, click the "Forgot Password" link. This will take you to the password recovery page.

Enter Your Registered Phone Number

Type in the phone number you used when registering your SPADE96 account. Make sure it's the same number linked to your account.

Receive SMS Verification Code

Click GET CODE or SUBMIT. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS to your phone. This code is valid for a limited time.

Enter Verification Code & Set New Password

Enter the verification code you received, then create a new password (6-20 characters). Make sure to choose a strong password that you can remember.

Confirm & Login

Click CONFIRM or RESET PASSWORD. Your password will be updated instantly. You can now log in with your phone number and new password.

Important Tips

• Use the same phone number that you registered with — SMS verification will only be sent to your registered number.
• If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, contact our 24/7 Live Chat support for assistance.
• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your account secure.
• Never share your password or verification code with anyone. SPADE96 staff will never ask for your password.
